Cats Size M Ladies Skirt

Pretty sparkle skirt. This is a Jane Ashley skirt new with tags and extra rhinestones attached. I added one of my Cats patches made with dolphins fabric and a matching outer space fabric ruffle. I also accented the waist with Rick rack trim to balance the colors and being the blue up to the top of the skirt. 

This is a nice quality lightweight cotton frazzled with sparkle rhinestones. Will be amazing for both the sphere and sunny day shows.
