Size Large Cats Skirt

Love this one! I found this skirt at a local thrift. It's new Mossimo with the tags still on it size large.. Pretty blues with two layers of lightweight cotton. I added one of my One of a kind Cats patches to this beautiful skirt And I finished it with a ruffle made from a pink upcycled silk scarf and a pink Rick rack trim. 

This one is a statement piece for sure! The waist is stretchy and I found out to 48 inches. Skirt is 22 inches long.
